Recto Knitwear believes in using state of art technology for each process. Recto Knitwear is under the process of ISO 9002 certification, which guarantees that internationally defined processes are being followed in the making of garments. Recto quality policy is fully documented describing quality goals. Recto Knitwear Quality Policy has four major points.

Products are only as good as their raw material therefore quality control at Recto starts from acquisition of raw material, for this reason Recto is dealing with branded suppliers only. Recto Industries has separate quality control department with highly skilled and motivated staff.

Quality control department coordinate closely with R&D department to keep track of changes in technologies. The department ensure the total quality management at all stages of production. To achieve maximum quality products, manufacturing process is responsibility of multiple departments. Chain flow system is being adopted to ensure that quality insurance is not responsibility of a single department but quality is maintained at each step.
Recto Industries has enforced quality standards in every department.

1-Knitting Department
Knitting machines used are from renowned brand Jumberca to produce wide range of different structure fabric. There is 100% inspection of vinyl and pattern is matched with the design provided, reports are generated after examination of fabric.

2- Dyeing Department
Dyeing Lab uses spectrophotometer and light box for the shade matching of the lab dips and recipes. Electronic weighting scales are used, to maintain accuracy of contents. In dyeing Section color is matched and re-approved before finishing. Complete testing facilities for fabrics and garments are available in lab. Tests performed on fabric are:

		Color Fastness to light
		Weight and width checking
		Garment Twisting/Skew ness test
		Shrinkage
		Color Fastness to water
		PH value Test
		Crocking, Stretch and recovery test

100% visual inspection of fabric is performed under FID(Fabric Inspection Division)

3-Garments Department
Cutting is supervised by experienced cutting master, who perform lay inspection and cutting audit. Every garment is checked individually at stitching section therefore before packing each and every garment goes under rigorous checking to ascertain that it is 100% defect free. In fact every garment is 100% visual inspected.

Quality control policy does not solely covers manufacturing process but also guarantees the safe handling and delivery of products with well-defined procedures for storing and packing of finished products. Recto Knitwear has also adopted an approach of internal quality audit to verify and evaluate effectiveness of our quality system.
