Quality Control Manufacturing Process Product Range Logistics & Shipment
Recto Group of industries are concerned with manufacturing and export of world-renowned brands. To achieve maximum quality products, manufacturing process is responsibility of multiple departments. Chain flow system is being adopted to ensure that manufacturing and quality insurance is not responsibility of a single department but quality is maintained at each step. Manufacturing process involves following departments:


1- Merchandising and R&D department

Business relations to Recto are always considered as permanent. From the first contact onward, a highly skilled team of young merchandisers will always be at customer's service. Independent sample dyeing and making-up facility helps to meet demands of different clients with respect to fabric development, proto, size sets sales samples etc. the sample department is reporting to merchandising department. R&D cell works full time creating new fabric and techniques and keeping tabs on the last minute changing requirements of most demanding customers. Therefore Recto industries are always alert of what is going on in the market place and are ahead of their competitors.

2- Quality Control and Assurance Department
Independent quality control and quality assurance department having highly skilled and motivated staff make sure total quality management at all stages of production.

KNITTING  DEPARTMENT


3- Knitting Department

Knitting Departments change yarn into fabric using most advanced and state of art technology available world wide for each process. Knitting machines used in the processes are from one of the most reliable and renowned brand JUMBERCA for making wide range of fabrics in different structures. Flat knitting machine of MATSUYA CORP is used for trims. Reports providing specifications of fabric produced are generated for quality control department.

4- Dying Department
Fabric is dyed according to the design and pattern provided. Dying department is further divided into three sections
.

i- Dying Lab
Computerized high-pressure and high temperature machine prepares lab dips and recipe for dyeing. Contents of recipe are measured on electronic weighting scales for accuracy. Shades are matched using spectrophotometer and light box (TL-84,d-65.UV,CWF).
  DYING LAB
ii- Dyeing Section
Dying section is responsible for making to color the fabric. Machines used to dye the fabric are Simple Winch, Close Winch made by Tex Mac, Low Pressure Soft Flow 3T and High Pressure Soft Flow 3T manufactured by Long Close, England and Garment Wash Machine is imported from Hong Kong. These machines are famous for their production reliability and consistent results Dying Dept is operating with capability of dying 3000 Kg Fabric per day.

iii-Dyeing Finishing Section
Dyeing Finishing Section provides very important section of dyeing. Dyeing Finishing Section is providing finishing of 3000 kg Fabric per day. Process involved in finishing, checks fabrics for shrinkage, weight and width, color fastness to water, color fastness to light, crocking, stretch, garment twisting and ph value. Finishing section team has full command on machinery like Hydro Extractor, Tumble Dryer, Cloth Compactor, Squeezer, High Speed Hydraulic Press and Shrink Dryer. Cloth Compactor, Squeezer, High Speed Hydraulic Press and Shrink Dryer are from famous Monti Italy.

5- Garments Department
Garment department is further divided into five sections.
 
   
i-Cutting Section
Cutting is supervised by experienced cutting masters and shapers, who know the art of cutting. Portable and fixed cutting machines from Germany, USA and Japan are used in cutting of fabric.
  CUTTING SECTION
   
ii-Embroidery and Printing
Recto has its own in-house embroidery and printing facilities, though embroidery on the fabric is optional as per customer requirements. Tajima's Embroidery Machine, multi head screen-printing machine and dryer machine by Kufstein are used in this section.

  EMBROIDERY & PRINTING
   
iii-Stitching Section
Stitching unit is supervised by most experienced Production Manager with his well qualified and experienced staff who strives to fulfill top class stitching parameters required by customers with flat lock and over lock machine manufactured by Pegasus. Lock stitch machine, button machine, button hole machine, bar tack and tape cutter machine made by Juki.
  STITCHING SECTION
 
iv- Finishing and Packing
At garment finishing it is make sure that each and every fabric has gone through rigorous inspection and is 100% defect free before packing. Latest garment pressing equipment is used including Vacuum Press tables, Electric Steam Generator for ironing, heater less stream Irons made by Nomato, Japan and Hydraulic Press manufactured by Monti Italy.

v-Sampling
Garment department have a separate sampling section where innovative and highly skilled designers of Recto prepare sample fabrics, according to the need of the customers.
